Namco Bandai, the publisher for Witcher 2 for PC won't get the publishing rights for its Xbox 360 version.
The news was forwarded by MCV, putting THQ in the helm of the Xbox 360 version of Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings. The game will be published in Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East.
The company who's in charge of the sequel (who received more 7 points in metacritic than Witcher 1) is developer CD Projekt Red who in turn would confirm that it the game would arrive on Xbox 360.
According to MCV:
Adapting The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings on Xbox 360 is a massive endeavour for us, and we’re committed to delivering one of the most complex and mature games ever to Xbox 360 players. (...) With the marketing strength and distribution network of THQ, we will be able to make the game an incredible success in Europe and around the world.

A release date for the Xbox 360 version of The Witcher 2 has not yet been revealed.
